Join our team now as Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d):
 We actively assist our industrial clients on their digital transformation journeys through software sales. Siemens Industry Software GmbH is hiring at one of its locations—Cologne, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, or Munich—for this position. You have the flexibility to work from home, on the go, or on location with our hybrid working approach. As an Inside Sales representative, you will work with a vibrant team in a cutting-edge, adaptable organisation that provides you with lots of creative freedom, short decision-making routes, and a high career curve. 
What role will you play? 
You are responsible for your software sales quota, which you fulfil primarily over the phone. 
You actively build your pipeline with social media measures and marketing campaigns. 
You are responsible for identifying the buying centre for our target customers. 
You create value-oriented offers and negotiate them independently until the order is placed. 
Telephone sales customer support is of course just as much a part of your tasks as developing reference customers. 
You work closely with neighbouring specialist departments to provide the best possible support for your target customers.
 You will occasionally travel to various locations within Germany for internal meetings You will support your customers mainly by telephone. 
How do you become part of our team?

 You have a degree or equivalent qualification and professional experience in software sales with a proven track record of success. 
You have a high level of curiosity combined with a willingness to constantly learn. 
You are competition-orientated with the will to succeed. 
Strong organisational skills as well as a responsible and customer-oriented approach are a matter of course for you.
 Knowledge of industrial software such as PLM, CAD/CAM, MES, QM or similar as well as industrial sector know-how such as mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals, process, automotive supplier or similar is an advantage. 
Business fluent in German for contact with our customers and very good English skills. 
Your good judgement and discretion as well as a willingness to travel approx. 20% round off your profile.
